Welcome to Access Hub

Multi-Session Capabilities
Access Hub allows concurrent sessions. For example, you can have:
- 2 SSH sessions configuring a database cluster.
- 1 RDP session updating a Windows Domain Controller.
Each session runs in its own process, so if one heavy RDP session freezes, your other SSH terminals remain responsive.
Auto-Updates
Access Hub stays up to date automatically.
- Automatic Check: The app checks on startup.
- Manual Check: Go to
Help>Check for Updatesin the top menu.
If an update is found, it will download in the background and prompt you to restart to install.
Troubleshooting
"Connection Refused"
Check if you are connected to the corporate VPN. Access Hub requires a secure path to the management server.
"Update Check Failed"
This may happen if the update server is unreachable. Ensure firewall rules allow traffic to
https://ah.tzamun.com.
Blank Screen on RDP
Try closing the window and reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support with the Session ID.
