Welcome to Access Hub

Access Hub is your centralized, secure gateway to managing IT infrastructure. Whether you are connecting to Windows Servers via RDP or Linux machines via SSH, Access Hub provides a unified, audited, and secure environment.

Current Version: v1.2.3 (Stable)

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to get up and running on your device.

Windows

  1. Download the latest installer AccessHub-Setup.exe from your IT portal.
  2. Double-click the installer. You may see a User Account Control (UAC) prompt; click Yes.
  3. The app installs to C:\Program Files\AccessHub by default.
  4. Launch Access Hub from your Desktop or Start Menu.

macOS

Download the .zip file, extract Access Hub.app, and drag it to your Applications folder.

First Login

When you first launch Access Hub, you will be prompted for credentials.

Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard with your assigned servers.

Windows RDP Connections

To connect to a Windows Server:

  1. Navigate to the Windows tab or scroll to the Windows section.
  2. Click on the target server card (e.g., "Finance-SQL-01").
  3. A new window will open automatically.
  4. If prompted, verify the certificate (usually handled automatically).

You can resize the window dynamically. Multi-monitor support is enabled by default.

Linux SSH Connections

For Linux management:

  1. Click on a Linux server card (e.g., "Web-Prod-01").
  2. A secure terminal window will launch.
  3. You are automatically authenticated—no need to retype passwords.

Multi-Session Capabilities

🚀 Productivity Boost: You can open as many connections as you like!

Access Hub allows concurrent sessions. For example, you can have:

Each session runs in its own process, so if one heavy RDP session freezes, your other SSH terminals remain responsive.

Auto-Updates

Access Hub stays up to date automatically.

If an update is found, it will download in the background and prompt you to restart to install.

Troubleshooting

"Connection Refused"

Check if you are connected to the corporate VPN. Access Hub requires a secure path to the management server.

"Update Check Failed"

This may happen if the update server is unreachable. Ensure firewall rules allow traffic to https://ah.tzamun.com.

Blank Screen on RDP

Try closing the window and reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support with the Session ID.
